Hello everyone, I am 25 years old and I have been on my life style change for two years now, I was overweight all of my life. I have lost 155 lbs I have 40 lbs to go and I am so excited I was going to have Bariactic surgery but I opt out and decided to do it on my own with a great weight loss doctor, Dr. Thomas Hopkins, and a nutritionist, Randee, they have been great with helping me reach my goal. I am here for support, making new friends and to chat along with people who are in the same boat as me.
