Hello, newbie here!
Hi, I am new to the forum. My Dh and I started a low carb program about 2 months ago. So far it is working but I am excited to get some tips and different food ideas.
I think the hardest thing for me is the snack thing. I LOVE cake and those types of desserts. Well even if I get sugar free flour is still high in carbs. I know I can't have a treat every night but sometimes would be nice!
