Default HI from the DC area
Good morning!

My name is sally and i've battled with weight issues my whole life. At my heaviest, i was 223 and then i realized I needed to do something life changing. I have started a low fat/low cal diet. I've been on it for about a month and have lost 10 pounds. I was on a shot call Lupron for 6 months and that is when i put on most of my weight. I am back on the pill now and hope to not gain more weight with that.

that about sums up my weight issues. I am here for support and ideas/tips to help me succeed. I would like to get back down to my college weight of about 170. Mind you, college only ended for me about 3 years ago.
