Hello everyone. Trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle is old hat for me, unfortunately, but a recent medical checkup made me determined to try again. I have great resolve...on Day Two...which is the easy part, of course, but I'm determined to make it work. I want to lose 68lbs along with introducing some regular walking and stress-reducing yoga. I've been here, done that, had the t-shirt and lost it. You know, that yo-yo syndrome.
