A Georgia girl here! Moved from Ohio about 8 years ago.

Anyway, I'm new here; was doing Atkins; had done Atkins before, lost a little weight. But, twice now, in March 2007, and October 2007, I tried Atkins.. and could only do it a little over a week. I did lose some weight but when I looked at what I could eat, I was depressed.

So, now I think I'll go the Weightwatchers way, and see where it takes me. My co-worker and I are going to do it together. So here I am, and so it goes.

Hey Boopiegirl!

I see you already found our WW forums, so that is a good place to start if you're going with that plan.

Not all ways of eating is for everyone. I know people who have had great success with low carb plans. I am not one of them, but everyone is different - good for you for realizing that you might need to try a different approach.
