Now - let's look at this rationally: first of all, congratulations for deciding to change your life - you CAN do this... absolutely!! Read through the goal and mini-goal posts - very inspiring for low moments!!

Are you really 'depressed'? Are you actually suffering from clinical depression, possibly on medication, or is this a phrase you use to refer to 'feeling down' when all willpower wants to run away and leave you raiding the fridge? Now I'd like to give you some powerful advice: "i dont get any support back at home whenever i start on something a member of the family ends up ruining it .. it might be by a sarcastic joke or Critising my new food habbit ..." NO!

Let me say this again - NO!

!!! NO ONE can sabotage your weight loss EXCEPT YOU. Yes, their words may hurt and upset you, but honey - YOU are in charge of what goes in your mouth, NO ONE ELSE. Read this paragraph again - go on. Because it wasn't until I realised this myself, and stopped blaming everyone else for me being fat, and started being responsible for my OWN life and actions, that I was able to lose weight.
You CAN do this - but you have to make a commitment to yourself, and ignore what others say... it is so very easy to use other people's words as a 'reason' to fail. DON'T! Just do what YOU need to do - FOR YOU.
