Off to a Bad Start!

  • So, this morning after a breakfast of sausage links, hash browns and biscuits - I decided I need to lose some weight!

    I recently got down to 148 pounds and was sooo excited... then I fell off the wagon and I imagine I'm back around 155 or so now. It's very sad-making!

    I need some support and some ideas, and I gather people get a lot of both such things from this site! Looking forward to updating a little weight loss ticker thingy in the future and possibly someday even posting on the goals forum.

    Your story sounds similar to mine... I've been playing witht the same five pounds for about half a year now... and before January when I seriously began changing my lifestyle about two years those pounds have stuck around....
