So, this morning after a breakfast of sausage links, hash browns and biscuits - I decided I need to lose some weight!
I recently got down to 148 pounds and was sooo excited... then I fell off the wagon and I imagine I'm back around 155 or so now. It's very sad-making!
I need some support and some ideas, and I gather people get a lot of both such things from this site! Looking forward to updating a little weight loss ticker thingy in the future and possibly someday even posting on the goals forum.
