Congratulations on your weight loss so far! You've already "done it" - found a method that works for you, used it, and dropped 34 lbs - way to go!
So many people have troubles eating at night due to boredom. The key, for me, has been distraction...if you find something else to do, pretty soon the habit of eating at night will be broken, and it won't be as much of an issue. Good luck to you on breaking that habit!
