Hey. I just joined LA Weightloss with my Mom. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I am tired of it. I find the hardest times are the weekends if I am not out and doing something I want to munch on something. I really looking forward to getting into shape. I find the hardest thing to do is find the time for exercise!!! Is anyone else on LA Weight Loss, and do you like it?
