I've been reading around these forums for about a week now, and this seems like a very knowledgeable, supportive & diverse group of people. I can already feel the love!
A little bit about myself... I've been working the Weight Watchers flex points program since April of this year, and have so far shed 45 lbs. I have a ways yet to go, but I'm still positive, and still motivated. I hope to spread some sunshine around, and to find it here when I'm in need of it myself.
