Hi Ya'all!
Greetings from North Carolina. I'm new to the site as of today & hope to start losing some weight. I'll be following the Weight Watchers diet on my own. I will also be trying to walk everyday for at least 1/2 hour. My husband is a little skinny guy and I feel like I'm just ballooning up. One day, I fear, I'll roll over in bed and smother him!
I quit smoking a few years ago & I figure if I quit that because I put my mind to it, I should be able to lose some weight!
