Hi Shell and welcome. Have you decided what you want to eat or do for activities?

Hey Shell

Welcome.

I know how you feel. I have days like that where all I can think of is a chocolate fix. Be strong girl. You can do it!

I usually have some grapes for a sugar fix or a cadburys brunch bar is pretty good, cereal bar but half coated in dairy milk. Just over 120 cals but enough to take the edge off when your craving.

Good luck hun

Welcome Shell!
The chocolate cravings are the hardest for me but it gets easier as I see results. I'm following WW at home and if my craving gets the best of me I will have one piece just to get rid of the craving. Better one piece than a whole box I tell myself

Good luck!
