Default Hi from Kentucky!

Here I go on the weight loss track again! I did weight watchers 6 years ago (the at-home, on my own plan) and lost from 174 down to 116 (which was a little too much). I slowly started gaining and when my job turned really stressful, my weight jumped over 10 pounds. My recent high was a little over 168. I've got to do something before I'm right back where I started from. It's seeming a little harder this time so I thought I'd join you for support. Why does food have to taste so good? LOL

Welcome! Yes, food tastes good I agree. Makes it harder to quit eating as much! But it's worth it!
