quit smoking

Hi I have recently quit smoking and i have gained close to 30 lbs
last year I lost 60lbs and I am very discouraged I know I am better off with out the cigeretts but I am having a hard time dropping the extra weight
dose any one have any sugestions.

Just start over. I lost 60lbs and gained it all back plus friends... and I started over.
