Talking Hi!! :)

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Labor Day weekend! I'm Rachel, a 27 year old single mother of one! Joey is four going on forty five- so much so that his two new favorite words are 'ridiculous' and 'refreshing!'
I'm a graphic designer/photographer from the Houston area. I absolutely love these forums have read them so many times I decided that today I'd register and start in on the fun!
Best wishes to everyone!!

Rachel

Thanks Ya'll are truly inspiring!!! What do you find was most influential in your weightloss? I mean, what is it that really helped you get going? I'm a graphic designer and photographer so half my job is allowing my hind end to fit my chair LOL and the other is usually finding myself in all sorts of strained positions where I find muscles I didn't even know I had. Thanks again for the welcome!! And hearty Congratulations on your weightloss!

Hi Rach!

For me, it was a bit of panic. I think I woke up from my food/fat coma and realized I was wasting time and wasting life by limiting myself with fat. Turning 35 was a wake up call too! I wish there were some way to impart the spark to others, but each person has to find their own. It seems to be different for everyone.

P.S. - I totally laughed at your sons favorite words! Very cute! Or should I say, ridiculously refreshing!
