Hi! My name is Sammi and this is my first visit to this site - I love it! My weight loss journey started a few years back when I was at my heaviest (267). I lost and regained about 25 lbs over the years but this past January weighing in at 250 I got pissed off and decided it was time to drop it for good. I'm diabetic and my doctor gave me a new medication that jump started my weight loss and I joined WW 2 weeks ago. So far I'm down a total of 28 lbs. since the medication switch (8 from the WW) and a grand total of 45 lbs over all! I'm just here looking for a little more encouragement to keep me going!

Hi Sammi

I joined yesterday and following the ww diet programme.

I used ww in the past but as soon as I stopped going to the meeting because of work commitments I gave up and piled the pounds back on.

Using this forum and reading the blogs over the last 2 days has gave me more encouragement than I ever got at ww meeting.
