Default Intro & question

I just signed up for the site, but I've been watching & using some of the tools for a little less than a yr. It's been different, but I enjoy watching the numbers on the scale go down (& back up & then down.............& up..........)
I really just wanted to be a member of a group somewhere b/c I've been told that support is important & I've been doing it alone, plus the ppl I've seen post here all seem wonderful!

Now for the question part. When should a ring be sized? My wedding set is a bit "jiggly" right now, but do I put off the sizing & if so, for how long? I'm not worried that it's going to fall off, at least not yet, but I've been wondering.

Looking forward to continuing my wt loss journey w/all of you & hope to hear from you soon!

I'd make sure your ring is sized so that, if you shake your hand a couple times, it doesn't fly right off. If you want to wait to goal for that, as long as you're not in danger of losing your rings, you're fine.

I had to resize once (the ring was literally falling off, all of the time, and I almost lost it once) and I may need to again.
