Hi, I'm new here and really need to lose weight. I have knee and back pain due to my inactivity. I also am working to regain my self respect. I'm currently 220 lbs. I lost 15 lbs last year, but lost my drive and motivation.
I am trying to start off slow with WATP. I hope this video will help me to get back in shape. I have her express 3-4 mile walk program which I will alternate with my super callanetics tape. I really can't do high impact videos until I get rid of some weight on my knees. I usually get bored with one tape so I figure using 2 different ones will help me.
