Default I'm new and need motivation

Hi, I'm new here and really need to lose weight. I have knee and back pain due to my inactivity. I also am working to regain my self respect. I'm currently 220 lbs. I lost 15 lbs last year, but lost my drive and motivation. I am trying to start off slow with WATP. I hope this video will help me to get back in shape. I have her express 3-4 mile walk program which I will alternate with my super callanetics tape. I really can't do high impact videos until I get rid of some weight on my knees. I usually get bored with one tape so I figure using 2 different ones will help me.

HI...I've been a weight yo-yo since high school, but now... I am going through the roof. I have gained so much and haven't lost for so long... I just weighed myself and weigh 10 more lbs than I thought I did. 199. I have to really lose this time... I don't really have a lot of money to put into it... I am also lacking in time... but I need to stop making excuses and need support too!!! feel free to PM me anytime!!!

I feel better already! I just finished the WATP 4 miles! I never thought I could do it, but I finished! This will be the beginning of good things to come!

On the purple bar at the top, click on User CP. Then click on Edit Signature in the left navigation bar.
