Hello from a newbie!
Hi all. I started SBD on Saturday and am aiming to lose 50 lbs. I have previously been on Atkins and WW. Didn't like all the fat associated with Atkins and hated having to measure every darn thing on WW. Hopefully this will work. I typically walk my 4 dogs several times a week and do Jorge's "10 Minute's in the Morning" workout with weights. Just wanted to say hello and it's great to be on board!
