My name's Scarlet and I found this site while researching the Turbo Jam program. Anyway, I saw that a lot of people here are losing weight and I find that fascinating. As a student bound for her first year of college, I need to shed some pounds and prevent the freshman 15. And this summer, I've been trying to lose weight but I end up gaining some. Hopefully this forum will motivate me enough, seeing as how I'm competitive but don't mean to be. So I can't wait to join you all and learn how to effectively lose weight!
