Hi, my name is Keri, I'm 34 years old and I am struggling to lose weight. I have been living with Lupus for the past 11 years and that makes it extremely hard. I lack motivation and am constantly tired but I know that I need to snap out of it and get with some sort of program. So I joined this website in hopes to make a few weight loss buddies. ;)

Hello! You both are welcome to join my group. We get a little more in depth over there if your looking for more support. :carrot: Everyone chooses their own plan. Some calorie count, some do atkins, some are just trying to stay healthy while pregnant!
