Hello all! i'm new from Sweden (well, an American in Sweden, i moved here in December) I've managed to drop from 275lbs to 183 (over the coarse of a few years) on my own, but i cant seem to get that last 40lbs off. Enter you lovely ladies! I'm hoping to find some positive, HEALTHY (i've takin the not so healthy roads before) ways to acheive my goals, and hopefuly meet some new friends in the process!

to 3fc and on the 92 lbs already lost that is great. I am sure that you will find help and support here at 3fc to get that last pesky 40lbs off.
