Default Newbie from No. California - Ready to Lose!
Hi Everyone!

I'm Teri from No. California, 51 years young.

I'm now serious and committed to losing weight. From July 1 to 16, I lost my first four pounds, which excited me and deepened my dedication alot!

I know pretty much know *how* and *what* to eat (how much, too), and now I'm in my third week of applying that ... and walking one mile 4 to 5 times a week with my dogs.

Look forward to browsing this nice site and hope to make friends!

Welcome, Teri! We just moved from Beale AFB in February! HOT HOT HOT in the summer - hope you're surviving without melting!
