  • Happy Monday all,

    My name is Grace and I'm seeking to lose 34 pounds for the second time in 5 years-lost it the first time on an all-organic diet ( yay WhHole Foods! and too many sweets and sodas put it back on!

    I'm 47, 5'4" and I GAINED 2 lb. Monday=was told it was just water. I weigh 154 and am medium-boned-want to get back into 8-10's-have some clothes waiting for me to shrink.

    I was told to count calories & exercise. I just bought THE COMPLETE BOOK OF FOOD COUNTS by Corinne T. Netzer in paperback-very good!

  • WELCOME. I count calories and exercise. I believe it is the only way to go. I can eat what I like and stay with healthy whole foods and not be stuck on only eating what is allowed on a certain diet. I will never go on a diet in my life. This has most definitely been a total lifestyle change for me. Good luck.
