Default New to this Site
Hi everybody, just wanted to introduce myself..

I am 36 years old and have always been overweight. I have tried time and again to lose, and have lost some, only to regain it all and more. I have decided in January to try again, after getting so uncomfortable that it was hard to perform everyday functions, such as button my uniform pants. To date I have lost 58 pounds, and have done this by eating healthier and exercising every day. I still have a huge amount to lose, and thought this board would be great for getting/giving support to others who are going through the same thing I am.

Thanks! This seems like a great site for support and information, a few of my coworkers are also trying to lose weight and I will recommend it to them.
