Hi everybody, I'm from Nashville, TN...and this is my first week on the Beach. I started last Monday. So far so good. But I will admit, weekends are hard...especially when you are reading HP7...with some of that yummy sugar free candy. I'm so glad to have found you guys.

I didn't put this weight on by myself...I'm not going to take it off by myself either. ;-)

Welcome! I also do South Beach and really love it! Have you found the Beachy part of the forum yet? Scroll down from the main page and we're almost at the bottom. Great group of ladies down there!

Hi and !!! I just spent finished spending the summer in nashville doing an internship and I FELL IN LOVE with it! Weekends are my downfall as well. Sometimes I do just fine, sometimes not so much... Anyway, good luck with your plan!
