Hi all, my name is Katrina and I'm from the sunny East Coast area via the military. We have 4 kids and my husband is currently serving our country for one year overseas. Since my youngest child was born a little over a year ago I've been working hard to get back in shape and have had success using the Jillian Michaels workouts and BFL. Right now my main goals are in controlling my eating portions and making sure I have the best results possible in my workouts. I have lost around 50 pounds in my efforts and am ready to give and receive much encouragement as I can. I hope to get to know some of you on here!
