This is a first for me but I'm hoping that a forum like this might keep me on track.
Since having my little boy July 2006, rather than losing the extra weight I've slowly put on more and more. It's been a rough couple of years and I wasn't happy with myself before baby and so now it's getting me down a lot and I HAVE to do something about it!
A couple years ago I managed to lose 1 1/2 stone on Weight Watchers but I haven't yet decided what's the best "diet" for me this time round.
