i`m new to these forums
i`m on the cambridge diet

i`m currently on week 11
so far i have lost 38lbs

a bit about me

i`m kaz i`m married to alan
we have 5 children
4 boys
1 girl

i live in shropshire
i am a nurse
i am currently a sahm as gemma is 2

i have battled with weight all my life and threw sorrows and depression i gained a massive amount in the last year

on april the 19th 2007 i decided enough was enough and started the cd diet

i haven`t looked back since
i have lost 38lbs so far
i`m losing inched rapidly
and my confidence is growing day by day

i`m yet to feel pretty or attractive i suppose that comes with the more weight i lose but i am already getting compliments and had my 1st wolf whistle at the weekend

i look forward to getting to know you all

Congrats on the weight loss so far!!! you can really tell the difference in the pictures, you are really shrinking. This is a great place to come for support.
