Hello,

I'm brand new here and just checking it out. I've been struggling with weight and dieting all of my life. About 3 years ago I lost over 60 on Weight Watchers, then decided I could do it on my own and gained about 30 back. I have since gone back and it's going very slow. However, I need to pick things up again because I'm recently engaged and would love to lose at least 50 pounds before the wedding.

That's my story :-)

my story and your story are similar!

About two years ago i lost 50 Pounds on WW ... looked great for my wedding, then after the honeymoon decided i was wonder woman and can do it all my own ... needless to say i am not wonder woman and it all came back!

I recommitted in April

Welcome to 3FC, i know this place has been a lifesaver for me, particularly when i fall off the wagon face first into chocolate cake!
