Red face Not NEW but glad to be BACK.

Well, I am not new to diets or 3FC, but glad to be back. I was a regular a few years ago and went from 215 to 160 by cutting calories. I have had a MAJOR slip and in the past 3 months gained 20lbs!!!!! So I am back to get the weight back off before I am needing to lose 50lbs.
I am cuting calories again, I have been reducing fat, and I have been walking during the day to run errands by my work, rather than drive to do them.
I am hoping that by October I can have the majority of this pesky extra weight back off again. It is weird they say you gain weight in the winter and that people have a tendancy to lose a little in the summer...I am the opposite, I do REAL well in the winter and can lose weight good then, but come summer...LOOK OUT!!!! I honestly think it is "self-sabotage" because I know it is "shorts and swimsuit season" and as long as I feel like crap about my body/weight I will not wear either one!
Well I just wanted to get back and get posting...I will try to settle into a group...I am taking Alli this time to help. I did it before on my own. But every little bit of assistance will be good this time. I started a new job 3 months ago and that is when the weight started coming back grrrrrr
Any ideas or suggestions for meals/snacks for an office setting are appreciated. I have been bringing Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice meals for lunches...and usually keep Fiber One bars in my desk for mid afternoon snacks...

My standard "office" meal is easy - its just whatever I had for dinner the night before. I cook four portions of every meal I cook, two for my partner and I for dinner, two for our lunches the next day. If we had an on-plan dinner, lunch the next day is taken care of. For snacks, I love watermelon, 100-cal popcorn bags, and Wasa crackers with cucumber slices and laughing cow wedges. All are low cal, tasty, and if they involve a starch, whole grain, and they keep me satisfied.

Keep on going and keep on posting! Hope to hear more from you soon!

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the re-welcome. It is nice to be back, but also sad! You know you get to your goal weight and think you have everything under control, that you have finally beat the problem....just to see that really after all the years of diets, losing and gaining back...that if you do not stay on top of this EVERYDAY you will be in the same position 6months or so down the road. There is no "I made it to goal and now I can eat how I want to again!" I have to learn to eat sensibly 90% of the time and allow 10% of the time for the special indulgances...any ideas how, I am listening!!!!

Thanks again for welcoming me back
