Hi, I am in N.C. too. I could give you a list of things that is bad in my life: unemployment, no car for me, ect.. But that is not going to make any change to my body or health. It is not an easy thing to do, believe me I know, but I look at it this way, what other option do I have. I hate the way I look, I hate not being able to buy "normal " clothes, I hate how my body feels when I am too heavy, I hate not having no energy, I hate that I don't look sexy, I hate that my kids are made to feel bad at school because of my weight.
So I think these are good reasons to do this. What are your good reasons? I eat less than 1700 calories a day in food, no junk food, fried food, pizza, and exercise, and believe me you can exercise, it may be hard at first, but take baby steps, then before you know it you can do 30 minutes a day. Soon you will feel better, the pounds will come off slowly and you will be in the best shape of your life.
N.C. is a beautiful state, you guys have mountains to go walking in, beaches, lakes, so just try going someplace and walking. I know you can do it.
