hey everyone! Im Sabrina. I'll be 20 tomorrow
Im 5'1 and I currently weigh 160 pounds...my heighest is 160 and my goal is 120. Im aiming for 2 pounds a week and I hope I can do that..I have a really busy schedule because Im a nurse..and i work the night shift..so dinner is always fast food..and I have Mcdonalds tioncravings at about 3am
So anyway...I love to run and need some motivation...id love a buddy to chat with .. so I have MSN and my hotmail is [email protected]

Welcome and good luck. Fast foods and McDonald's are not the best choice if you want to lose weight. Do you have a diet and exercise plan?

welcome ..McDonald's can be a bad choice yes if you let it but they do have grilled chicken salads there that are great and not to many carbs or calorie's in them...great to meet you and good luck

Hey, I'm also 160 lbs, and I'm 5'3! Just wanted to start losing weight again, after quitting a while back. If you'd like to chat, I can totally do that!
