my name is stasia. ive been feeling so bad about my weight for many years.
im 5"11 at 250. i play softball twice a week and im just about 16. i tried the very low calorie diet which was unsupervised and unhealthy for me. i was jsut so desperate. i want to do it healthy.
my problems are sweets, laziness, and controling my portion size. i really need some motivation from support.
