i'm 5ft6, and have gone from 130 to 160 with help from lots of pastries. At one point i was up to 250, but lost it years ago. Now i feel like i've gone up too far, and need to find some control.
Not following any specified plan. i know how my body works, so i just go from there. Bought a bikini for motivation. Thought i'd try it on every morning and judge weight loss that way.
Hi thinnythighs and welcome. Wish I had thinnythighs I too was at 160 (well nearly) when I decided I'd gone too far and needed to do something about it. Well done on coming down from 250 all those years ago. Out of interest, how long did it take you to go from 130 to 160 and before that happened how long were you at 130?
Well, at 18 i was 119. After child 1 i was 165, after child 2 i made it to 250. i did very low calorie and dropped about a pound a day. i stayed at 130 for about 5 years, and then ate my way to 160. Now i'm just sick of it.
