I am new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I joined because I think it will be nice to have a little support here and there.
I am not new to the dieting world. After suffering from a severe eating disorder as a teenager, I became a little overweight.
When I felt that I could do it healthfully, I lost about 40 pounds. My weight was down to a healthy 125 but in the past three years while I've been in a very intense degree program, I've let about 20 pounds slip back on. Woops.
So I am starting from where I am and I want to make a change that I can keep up for life. I'm counting calories and working out. I've accepted the fact that I am going to have to get up at 5:30am in order to exercise because the rest of my time gets eatin alive by everything else in my life.
I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know many of you!
