Hi! My name is Cindy, I'm a 30yr old wife & SAHM to two darling children. I started my life change in July 2006 and have lost 81.5 lbs so far....but I still have more to go. My previous support site has been having issues lately and I just need more support....hope I can fit in here! Can't wait to get know some great people!!

Havent you done well losing all that weight!!!!!! Have u got any pics? I started end of March but so far have only lost 13 pound. I know I'm not doing as well as I could. What program are you on?

Mona: Thanks! I've been very blessed to be as motivated as I have been...the last two months have been slow for me though. I do have pics....I'll look for the appropriate place to post them. lol I've been doing WW's flex plan with a little of the eating for your blood type diet....and I just switched to WW's core plan last week for the first time and have been reading YOU on a diet...thinking about adding some of that in too. lol
I think thats the key... find what suits you out of different plans that are about... as long as you stick to them I suppose you will lose, altho that is easier said than done lol!
Ive been really lazy on the exercise part.. I know I'd do much better if I did it regularly so Ive been trying to push myself lately.
I hope to achieve what you have one day! Just gotta keep going and I'll get there one day..
Welcome to 3fc Cindy and congratultions on the 81.5 lbs you have lost so far that is a great acheivement and one to be proud of. Big pat on the back for how far you have come on your weight loss journey. Look forward to seeing further posts.
I am in the same boat. I really need the support. Everytime I diet I hit plateaus and get really frustrated. My husband tries to be supportive, but he just doesn't get it. He can eat whatever he wants and won't gain a pound. What diet are you on? I am working out everyday and eating healthy. I have been on a ton of different diets and get sick of cutting out things I love. Now I am watching portion sizes, fat and calories. Everything in moderation. I really look forward to talking to you.
