To answer your question, 11 of my friends and I are doing our own version of "The Biggest Loser". We're each putting upi $50 and giving ourselves 12 weeks to lose. Every 4 weeks we are meeting to weigh in an measure and the biggest % lost for that month gets $25. At the end the person with the largest overall weight loss takes home the balance. Very good motivator and we are all in this together. We start on the 31st with our first weigh in.
