Hi everyone!

I'm new to 3FC - sort of. I've been reading it on and off for a year or so, but tonight I decided to come out of hiding and sign up!

I'm working on losing a bunch of weight. I'm 5'4, 21 years old, and female, and weigh around 203 lbs. This time last year, I weighed about 220 lbs. So, I'm making a bit of progress, but I want to get much more serious about weight loss so that I'll see results faster.

I'm so glad that I found this site because it's been a great resource to me. Now that I've finished university, I have plenty of time to dedicate to losing weight. It's just motivation and will power that are sometimes lacking! I know that this site will help to keep me focused, and I look forward to getting to know all of you!
