New & tired of living on a rollercoaster

I know what you mean about the rollercoaster dieting..it really stinks! Thats what I have been doing ever since my son was born back in feb 2005...and I am tired of it myself. You can do this!!!

Welcome - I think you'll find a lot of great support here. There's a lot of us that have been up and down the weight rollarcoaster our entire lives. Good luck with your weight loss goals :)
