Hi My name is Wendy I Live in Wisconsin I have 2 children and a wonderful husband. I have had a problem with my weight for a year now. Guess I am too comfortable. Well It is time now to get back to skinny wear! (that was 20 years ago)! I started the South Beach food plan.. Going good so far have not missed anything. When I see stuff oh boy!! I want to eat it. Went to Sams yesterday Oh boy there bakery looks so good! That was bad but had to get my daughter treats for Girl Scouts.

I have read some of the awesome successes and I am so proud of all of you and I am glad I found this message place to hang with strong girls!

I am in Phase 1 and it has been only 2 days.. And started at Golds Gym.

THanks for the warm welcome and info and the sbd. Today is a hadr day due to me being a sugar freak!! Oh boy!! I think my body is going through withdraws. Only 11 more days then the worst part is over!
