Default Newbie From Ny
Hi everyone!! My name is Beth and I am 30 years old, I live in upstate NY and I am a stay at home mom. I have about 100 pounds to lose. I have done LA Weight Loss in the past and it worked for me, until I had my son and gained it all and then some back. Right now I am trying to follow the program on my own as I cannot afford the cost of the program right now. I really am excited and I look forward to talk to you all.

We do have an LAWL section in the forums--scroll down to Diet Central and you'll see what I mean.

Lots of folks here understand about regaining weight... But we're working toward losing and keeping it off!

Hello!! Congrats on starting your diet! So you are a SAHM?? How old is your son? I too gained a ton of weight after I had my son, who is 14 months old. Good luck!

Hi -

I'm a newbie too! I hail from upstate NY as well, the finger lake region to be exact. How about you? What part of NY? I have about 80 to 90 lbs I'd like to get rid of - never been this heavy in my life (long story ... :O(

Anyhow, I'm hoping to find new friends, new ideas and new beginnings!
