Talking Hello
Hi All,

My name is semisweet and I have been slowly making the decison to lose the weight finally once and for and all. I hope to do it by eating better and more excercise. I am a type II diabetic on oral meds. Yesterday I actually bought my first swimsuit in 10 years. This is the first time I have ever joined a weight loss support group. So I am gonna look around the boards , jump in with both feet and start posting.

You'll find lots of friendly groups here, so just go with the one that strikes your fancy!
