Ok well first of all I'm 16 and having weight problems, I'm only 152lbs but I feel like I'm 200 and the way I eat I may get there one day. To add onto the weight thing I have all the psychological problems that come with. But before I go telling my life story...I just need someone (anyone) to just keep me going because as many friends as I have I don't have any that need to lose weight or any close enough friends to try and help me lose weight.

So If there's anyone out there (my age or not) ready to get a friend send me a message!!!!

No, you don't have much to loose but when you are 16 everything is magnified.

You will find lots of great information on this site and lots of great support. Since I have come here I have started tracking calories, running and weightlifting and I am loving it.
