Hi, today's my first day on the South Beach Diet. So far so good but isn't that how every first day of a diet goes? If anyone has any good tips or if they hit any road blocks and got past them please let me know. Thanks!
I am just getting started myself and I know it can be a tough road. But you have come to a good place. I am basically doing low fat and calorie counting...trying to cut out a bit more sugar.....So far so good. down 15 lbs from my highest weight. On my way to goal since I set it for myself. Its good to have small goals and take one day at a time. I know for me the nights are the hardest so if you hit a tough spot hang in there. And if when and if you do..I find it makes it easier to get past if you come here and read some great inspirational posts....
So many people have success stories.. Makes me think I can really do it this time... and SO CAN YOU!!!!
