Hello! I read about this site in the "Quick and Simple" magazine. I have always been relatively fit, but in the last few years, I really let myself go. I had a health scare after the birth of my 3rd (and last) child and I suffered from depression. I am coming around now and I find, at almost 41 y/o I have work to do. I want to drop 25-30 pounds. But mainly, I want to be healthy again.
