You have definitely taken a very important first step on the long and winding road to better health and fitness by coming to 3FC. You will love the support and encouragement around here, it is truly amazing. It's a big place so have a good wander around and just pop-in and start posting whenever something catches your eye. I am also new, My name is Connie and I am 4 months post op from bypass surgery,,,I am unsure of how much I have lost,,,my pre op weight was 360 last time I weighed myself I think I was 298,,,I haven't weighed myself in so long,,,I am at a point were I feel like maybe its not working,,,everyone tells me to give it more time,,,I guess I am rushing to see dramatic changes,,,I have never been a very patient person,,,This is why I decided to join so I can talk to people who understand me and know what I am going through and can offer some helpful advise...
