Hi Everyone!
I am new and hope to finally be able to reach my goal. I quit smoking and drinking at the beginning of 2007....that was quite a challenge. I have actually lost 10 pounds since new years without really changing my eating habits....which is good and bad......shows how much I was actually drinking. Now that I have that part of my life under control, it's time to pursue my next goal for the year....losing that last 13 pounds. I have struggled with my weight forever (or it seems that way anyway), but I need to get my sh** together and be a good example for my kids
