Just joined this site. I am looking for some helpful people to help me through some tough weight-loss times.
I lost 20 lbs. over a year ago and gained approx. 12 or so back. I am a little down in the dumps.
I exercise almost every day and it all boils down to what I eat that makes the ultimate difference.
I am putting a lot of pressure on myself lately because I need to lose at least the 10+ lbs. I put on plus before I go on a cruise in Early July! I am freakin' out right now--I can't believe it is past the middle of March already!
Anyway, if anyone can give me some sage advice without anything too radical, I would appreciate it!
If I read your post right you're looking to lose 30 lbs by early July. At your weight that's perfectly doable but only if you stop freaking out and actually start doing it. Sounds you've got the exercise thing sorted - you just need to work on the food. I have the opposite problem generally speaking.
Why don't you drop into calorie counters and ask for some advice? You CAN do this.
